Foundational Strength is a 4 week strength training program designed to give you a solid base of strength and flexibility while helping you learn good movement habits for preventing injury.
Foundational Strength teaches you:
- Self-Massage Techniques for Tight Muscles
- Self-Mobilizations for Stiff Joints
- PNF Stretches for Long Lasting Flexibility
- Body Weight and Free Weight Strength Exercises that improve your posture & teach you to lift things in a way that protects your back
You will need some equipment for this program. An inexpensive gym membership would be best, but it can be done at home with dumbbells up to 20% of your body weight and a few other inexpensive items from Amazon.
This program includes:
